Most advisers stop at advice We build the workflow that runs itself
Keep it flowing.
Olunda advises, builds and stays on hand afterwards, using AI where it helps, so your systems run more smoothly and your team gets time back.
Seven questions, about 3 minutes. No obligation, no spam.
Does this sound familiar?
You don't need to know what's technically possible in general. You need to know if automating it is worth anything for the two or three things eating your week. A few situations we hear often:
Most of what's slowing you down isn't missing software. It's software you already pay for and never learned to use.
The same detail, chased down in five different places
A client's order, last month's quote, the update from three days ago: none of it lives in one place. Every time someone needs it, they end up asking around instead of looking it up, and the answer depends on who you happen to catch.
Monday morning disappears into the same report
Every week, someone pulls the same numbers from the same systems and rebuilds the same report from scratch. It always gets done, but it eats the start of the week, time that could go to something that actually needs a person's judgement.
Copilot is paid for. Barely used
You bought the licence because everyone said you should. A few months later, one or two people open it now and then. The bill hasn't changed. Whether that's worth fixing, or worth cancelling, is a fair question nobody's answered yet.
The same admin, retyped by hand every week
An invoice comes in, gets checked, then gets retyped into the bookkeeping system. A quote gets rebuilt from the last one instead of reused. Nobody has time to fix it, because everyone's too busy doing it by hand.
How we work
One track, not a report that sits in a drawer: the fix keeps running afterwards, and the time it used to take is yours again.
Example setups. Not client cases.
The weekly report, already written. Figures from the systems you already use, pulled into one short report every Monday morning.
Scan
A short, honest look at where automation would help, and where it wouldn't. If a spreadsheet formula solves it, or you're already paying for the answer, we'll say so.
Build
We build the workflow, connect it to your existing systems, and train your team to use it. Scope is fixed before we start.
Stay on hand
Software changes and processes shift, so we keep watching without you having to. And you've got someone to ask: for a question about your tools nobody else can answer, a licence that isn't earning its keep any more, or something that's simply broken.
An example of what we build
Not a client case. An illustration of the kind of automation Olunda builds.
An invoice email arrives.
It's read and checked against the order.
It's matched and readied in the bookkeeping system.
A person reviews and approves before anything is paid.
What changes
Less retyping
The admin that used to eat an afternoon happens on its own. A person still approves it, but nobody's typing it twice.
Fewer things fall through
Follow-ups, approvals and reports happen on schedule, without someone having to remember to chase them.
Time back for the work that needs a person
The repeatable stuff runs in the background, so your week goes to the decisions only you can make.
Services
Step in where it fits. No commission from software vendors, and no obligation to take the next step.
Advice
How it's priced
Tailored to your situation, agreed with you before we start.
- For whom
- You have a concrete, recurring pain point and a real decision to make about it, or you simply want to know if the tools you already have are being used well.
- What you get
- A focused review of your processes and systems, with a clear recommendation on what's worth automating, what's worth streamlining, and what to leave alone, so you know where the time is actually going.
- What it isn't
- Not an implementation, and not a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Build
How it's priced
Tailored to your situation, agreed with you before we start. Never an open-ended hourly rate.
- For whom
- Advice, from Olunda or elsewhere, turned up a specific, workable use case, and you want it actually built.
- What you get
- The workflow built, connected to your existing systems, whatever those are, and your team trained to use it, so the task it replaces stops needing to be done by hand every time.
- What it isn't
- Not an open-ended project. Scope is agreed upfront, and any extra work is discussed and agreed separately.
Helpdesk & ongoing support
How it's priced
Tailored to your situation, agreed with you before we start.
- For whom
- Something's built or already in place, and you want somewhere to turn when it breaks, changes, or you simply have a question.
- What you get
- Ongoing upkeep of what's been built, a point of contact for questions about the tools you use, a periodic check on whether they're still the right choice, and room to add use cases as you grow, so the time you got back stays back.
- What it isn't
- Not a locked-in subscription without a point of contact, and not a promise of instant answers. We agree what response you can expect before we start.
Tideline by Olunda
How it's priced
A one-off setup and a monthly subscription, agreed with you before we start.
- For whom
- Your figures sit in several systems, and you want one screen that shows your management team how the business is doing.
- What you get
- A management dashboard built on the systems you already use. It starts from one of three concepts (Pulse, Control or Group) and is shaped to your questions, your colours and the way your team works.
- What it isn't
- Not a new system to learn. The first screen answers your main questions, one number each, with budget or last year beside it.
All your numbers on one screen
Tideline by Olunda puts your till, reservations, rota and bookkeeping on one dashboard made for your management team. Tideline reads from the systems you already use, so you have nothing new to learn.
-
PulseOne location. How yesterday and last week went, against budget and last year.
-
ControlPulse plus your bookkeeping. Profit and loss against budget, prime cost and cashflow.
-
GroupSeveral locations, side by side on the same measures.
Pulse, Control and Group are starting points. We shape the dashboard to your questions, your systems and your colours.
The screens on this site use sample data. They do not describe a real business.

Frequently asked questions
Isn't AI just hype that'll blow over?
Some of it, yes. We'd rather talk about your actual problem than about AI as a goal in itself. Every scan includes a section on what you shouldn't do with AI, not just what you should.
We already use Copilot or another AI tool. Do we still need this?
That's a good starting point, not a reason to skip the scan. The real question is whether it's actually being used, and for what. A scan shows whether the licence you pay for is actually used.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so we won't pretend a single number covers it. The first scan is free. Anything beyond that, whether it's a deeper review, a build, or ongoing support, gets a price that's agreed with you before we start. Never an open-ended hourly rate.
Can we just ask you a question?
Yes, that's what the helpdesk is for. If a question needs proper digging, we'll say so and suggest the right next step before any work starts.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not, at least not at first. Most businesses already pay for more than they use. We start by looking at what you have, and only suggest something new if there's a genuine gap.
Who are you, and what have you actually built?
Olunda is a new company. We won't show you a client list we don't have. What we bring is hands-on experience with data and AI automation in day-to-day operations, and a fixed order of work: understand your situation first, build second, never the other way round.
What about GDPR and the EU AI Act?
We check this before anything gets built, not after. Every scan includes a step on whether your data is even allowed to leave your own environment. If the answer is no, the plan changes, it doesn't get ignored.
Do you only do projects, or also ready-made dashboards?
Both. Most of our work is advice, builds and support around a specific workflow. For management reporting we also offer a ready-made dashboard that connects to the systems you already use. It has its own page: Tideline by Olunda.
